Sidewalk Rally

Did you happen to drive by on Friday, May 22 and see some of your Dem friends (and Indivisible) at Pine Grove Cemetery? Our very own Julie came up with the way to honor those who lost their lives and those who were injured in Iran. Democrats remember what Memorial Day is about.   Capt. Curtis Angst, 30, of Columbus, Ohio Sgt. 1st Class Nicole M. Amor, 39, of White Bear Lake, Minnesota Sgt. Declan J. Coady, 20, of West Des Moines, Iowa Capt. Cody A. Tiffany is a Bad Choice for Governor

Wisconsin will choose a new Governor in November. At this time there are nine Democratic candidates for the August 11 primary. The Republican's have just two. But Representative Tom Tiffany will be the candidate. He has been endorsed by Trump. Tom Tiffany becoming governor will be a disaster for Wisconsin. This is not a biased, partisan opinion. One Month of Protests at Toxic tom Tiffany’s

AND WE WOUND UP ON RACHEL MADDOW

Since Middle Wisconsin has been offline for a few weeks for repairs, you have missed a lot. We are holding protests every Friday in August from noon until 1 PM at Representative Tom Tiffany's Office. This beach bash one was notably the best, landing us with honorable mention on Rachel Maddow. Every Friday has a different theme and on  August 15 we brought about awareness for Toxic Tom doing nothing to protect water in Wisconsin. This awareness is anything from PFAS to wanting to open the state to bad mining business. Below are a few photos highlighting what we do and ...

JUNE 2025 THOMAS STREET NEIGHBORHOOD TOUR WITH THE FRIENDS OF WAUSAU HISTORIC LANDMARKS.

Citizens for a Clean Wausau and the Friends of Wausau Historic Landmarks teamed up in the Thomas Street Neighborhood this month. With the Friends of Wausau Historic Landmarks, we learn about the history of Wausau, the ornate landmarks, the lumber barrons, and how Wausau was formed.  This month was a unique blend of the beauty, as well as the damge done from former factories in the area. Thomas Street was the home to Crestline (the area is now owned by Wauleco/Sentry Insurance) and across the street was the former site of Connor Industries, where St Vincent ...

Where’s Tom Tiffany

Where: Thursday, March 20, noon at 2620 Stewart Avenue, public sidewalk.  LAST SEEN: Ducking in and out and avoiding his constituents. Yet sadly,  he is invited as the special guest to an anti-trans event featuring Riley Gaines at the Hilton Garden Inn  Rib Mountain, March 18 at noon by Mom’s for Liberty and can back that whole heartedly. Obviously he does not represent everyone in his community. WHERE HE IS NOT: Not standing up for Veterans, Farmers, or Seniors. (Who needs them when you have billionaire donors). PROBABLY: Somewhere helping Trump and Musk ...

Friends of Rib Mountain Snowshoe Hike

There are so many beautiful events happening right in our own community. After our January snowshoe hike was cancelled due to lack of snow, this evenings event lent itself to perfect temperatures and plenty of snow. After the hike, the Friends of Rib Mountain offer hot chocolate, hot apple cider, treats galore, and a fire to toast marshmallows and hotdogs.
