Walking the Walk

The Democratic Party of Marathon County realizes how divisive politics have become. All we can control is our little corner of the world. One of the issues we can agree on is our children. The Trump Administration’s “Big Beautiful Bill” makes it even harder for many Wisconsin K-12 students to afford lunch. But, in Marathon County we all put our kids first.

For the month of September, the Democratic Party of Marathon County is extending the invitation to the Republican Party of Marathon County to give to the public school of your choice anywhere in Marathon County to help reduce the school lunch deficit. All schools have an account you can pay into. No child should go hungry, and our students learn better when there is food in their belly.

2025 is The Year of the Kid in Wisconsin.
