Are You Really Listening?
Considering we live in a two-party system; I loved Kamala, and I was happy to vote for her. She is such a smart woman, and I loved the joy and the happiness that was expressed in her campaign and in her speeches. The lines to see her were so long! I loved the joy she brought and the hope. Her infectious smile made you happy just to look at her. Kamala is a highly educated and capable woman, and we would elect her to the White House. The first female ever to hold this position. She painted a picture of how it could be for all of us.
But would it? Was she listening?
I also saw how she is an extension of the same (Biden). When ...

We will hear from Susan Crawford who is running for the Wisconsin Supreme Court this spring against Brad Schimel. You may recall the mess that Josh Kaul, as Wisconsin Attorney General, had in the beginning cleaning up the mess Schimel left him. We need to do everything in our power to get Susan elected.

Women’s March 2024 Marshfield
Saturday before the election, dynamic speakers talking about what they have seen happen to women through the lens of their professions as attorneys, and as nurses. This was followed by a march, and Marshfield does it up nicely with a robust crowd. The event left everyone energized and ready to go out and talk to voters.
Ballot Box Rally
May this gathering serve as an example to any other city or town in this state, to let you know, we are watching. We see what you are doing. We will not stand for it. Making it harder to vote is out of touch with Wisconsin values.
Donning a hard hat and moving a ballot box is a political stunt. The Supreme Court handed down their decision, and no one is above the law. As citizens, we are holding people who do these acts accountable. We urge all other citizens to pay attention as well.
Our democracy is stronger when all voters can cast their ballots. Ballot drop boxes provide a safe and accessible option for our hardworking ...
The Mayor Wants You To Think Your Vote Isn’t Secure
On Sunday, Mayor Doug Diny removed the absentee ballot dropbox that the City Clerk had ordered to be publicly accessible outside of City Hall.
Diny’s unilateral action deserves condemnation in the strongest possible terms. The authority to make this kind of decision lies firmly with the Clerk – not the Mayor. Diny clearly overstepped the bounds of his office in taking this brazen action.
But it’s not just that. Diny justified himself by claiming the ballots that would be submitted to the dropbox wouldn’t be secure. This is a line from the same, tired playbook that extremists have been pulling from since 2020 to ...

WALZ VISIT TO WAUSAU
For those who are not on Facebook, here are a few photos from Governor Tom Walz visit to Wausau on September 13, 2024. What an honor it was to be selected as a driver in the Walz motorcade!! I transported the national press. I have seen motorcades before, but I cannot even begin to explain the thrill of driving in one. It is amazing to see the work of the secret service. I cannot say enough about their thoroughness and commitment. The precision is astounding. We lost track of how many times our vehicle and our person is checked, wanded and sniffed by the dogs.
Governor Walz himself is truly a genuine person. He is a lot like our own ...
