Renewables in Marathon County

There is a lot of opposition to renewable energy in Marathon County and they are very vocal.  You can  offset that opposition by expressing your support.  Here’s how and thanks to Bruce Krawisz for this information.

It is possible to submit a written comment regarding the Hub City Wind project in Marathon County. Comments will be accepted until 5 pm on July 8. I have submitted a comment and the process seemed to work as far as I can tell. I was told that comments would be forwarded to members of the Marathon County board. There is also another Marathon County board meeting on July 9.
